Get enough sleep that your body requires

Your body is your greatest asset. They help you each day with numerous activities. Your body is designed in such a way that it can take care of you but not them. Just as any vehicle needs petrol to run its life, the same way your body needs proper refueling and rest. You must flourish your mind, body and soul with what they crave for. The responsibility of taking care of your body is in your hands. To foster them, indulge your self in healthy eating habits, exercise and meditation.
